THE CLASSES


Starting with BASI PILATES, classes are structured according to the person's needs and abilities. Mindfulness breathing and meditation exercises are added to the practice, as well as sequences created to activate the fascia and bring a regenerative feeling. The exercises are based on an anatomical study of the body and a PNEI (psychoneuroimmunology) view of the individual, and involve alternating activation of the sympathetic and parasympathetic systems.
